"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Thanks pan.

She never wanted to get married or have children. She was damaged goods. Lot of mental issues and was on head meds. Tried killing herself when she was younger.

I dodged a massive bullet
Pro Tip -

Never enter into a relationship with a girl who's on antidepressants/anxiety meds

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

I was watching a ep from dr house where there was a guy with Alzheimer. Her wife was taking care of him... But she had a "male friend" who was helping (fcking) her.

Dr house told her that she was having sex with that guy and she got in silence.

That made me think about some popular falacies like "you need someone to take care of you on illness."

This situation I believe is quite common.

I always believed that behind curtains, there are so many lies... I've found a lot of that. And I have to say... The same time the truth can free you, it also createds a big pain. But its still better to understand it than on ignorance. And choose which pain is better.

I got unplugged after my last trainwreck of a relationship that occurred earlier this year.

The relationship had all sorts of red flags and me being the happy little BP drone, I ignored them and professed my love for the girl. My only saving grace was my buddy who went through something similar, went RP, and helped me through it all. I ended things with her and did it in a fashion where she'll never speak to me again.
I have a zero tolerance policy for female logic. I run a tight ship. Comply or bye #next!

I got my butt into the gym (overweight/obese my entire life) and have lost 60+ pounds since late March/early April. Beginning to see a physique I'm happy about it. I've never had great self-esteem or the confidence to match. I've had LTRs with women prior to the last one and have had spotty success with women when I was younger. So I'm not a virgin black pill incel.
Making moves. That's awesome.

I've read a lot of Rollo and been on this forum since June. I read a lot of books by Ryan Holiday on self-improvement. His book Ego is the Enemy is one I highly recommend for all of you. During my journey this year, I realized I had a huge ego and it has held me back all my life.
I read lots too and I go out. Busy oneself is the lane to get into. Cultivate lifestyle and create routines. Calibrate after the fact. Once you have awesome routine hardwired you can fine tune it.

it sucks having to go through all this **** at 35, but I'm not depressed about it. The challenge of improving myself physically and mentally is a worthwhile endeavour. For once in my life, I have a dedicated purpose rather than just going through life and the motions.
Mate I know fellas much older following the beaten path. Cucked, fat wife, goofs raising some other man's kid, guys who find out their first born son isn't their's. The smp is black pill. It's awesome dumpster fire. Their application is warped. PURPOSE is the bullseye. It's what modern men lack and how easy it is to stand out cause the competition is low t.

i don't owe my ex anything and I certainly don't credit her with leading me to what I am now. She was the catalyst for this change for sure. But I tell myself everyday that I wanted to do this for me, not her or because of her.
Anger is a powerful tool IF directed properly.

lot of posters here say you have to learn the hard way. Well fellas, here's proof of that statement!
That's awesome man. Now go get hotter younger girls. The best revenge is living a great life.
