“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

if you're in the USA, order from trueprotein.com or 1fast400.com

go with plain monohydrate at first then next time try CEE and compare the difference.

IMHO creatine is a waste unless you are doing everything else right.

Make sure you're eating enough first before trying creatine. Supplements are not magic bullets, it really comes down to:

1) Eat fvckloads.
2) Train hard.
3) Rest well.

Creatine isn't needed until you have an awesome diet, enough daily protein intake, an awesome routine that you are following to the letter and at least 8 hours of sleep and still not gaining.

creatine isn't a weight gainer, it just boosts your workouts a little. skinny people need food and lots of it.

I'm pretty sure there are absolutely no results if you search "creatine" in this forum.

is it loaded with carbs? (i.e. is it flavoured)
if so throw it out and buy plain stuff from one of the above websites.

with monohydrate I'd probably say take as much as you can get away with without gastric distress. start with
- 5g daily (morning or night)
- 5g extra on workout days (post workout)

if this upsets your stomach, split your doses in two (i.e. morning and night and pre/post workout). some people seem to be sensitive to it. if you're fine with this then add some more and see what happens.

The creatine is unflavored, i take 1 teaspoon in the morning. So that means i should take 1 in morning and another one if i am working out?

This is perfect Alex, thank you.

I used to be against creatine, but figured i could try it out. This way when i say something about it, i can atleast have had expirience with it.

yes, exactly right. this should be enough for most people but you can experiment with higher doses if you want.

creatine is a good supplement (even though I never used it that much, at least not on its own, it was always part of homemade NO mixes), although not essential if you haven't got the basics down (fish oil, vitamin C, green/white tea etc)
