“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

How often do you guys think about the past, regret missed opportunities, or compare yourself to others? How often do you beat yourself up? How critical are you of yourself? How often do you worry about the future?

Today I realized I have a continuous soap opera going on in my brain. Sometimes I totally get absorbed into loathing myself, I become crazy and unconscious.

I'm making it a goal, day to day, to catch myself whenever I feel any type of self hatred or guilt floating around in my head. I'm not going to force the thoughts out, and I definitely won't feed into them. I'm simply going to recognize these thoughts as habit and let them go away.

Show some compassion to yourself, first and foremost. Stop beating yourself up. Success in every aspect of life starts with respecting yourself.

Give it a try, every day for the next 30 days. Make it a conscious effort to treat yourself with compassion. If you don't like how it feels, you can always go back to hating yourself :)

Yeah man, don't get to down on yourself. If you know you screwed something up then make sure you learn something from it and then move on. I used to beat myself also but eventually you realize how stupid it is and how much it holds you back.

Think of fear, doubt, jealousy, and all things negative, as the rough breakwater, ripe with riptides and undertow.

Picture yourself swimming beyond this soul-killing cacophony, in the clear waters of calmness, faith, strength, and all thoughts manly.

Also, there is no great a cure for self-loathing as ACTION taken towards great rewards.
