Haven't seen one of these yet and it seemed like a good idea. Figure ALOT of us currently lifting are tired of the same ol same ol day in and day out meals. Try some of these tasty snacks and meals & Feel free to add your own personal favorites to the thread. Muscle Building Meals preferred:


Yogurt Parfait
Pretty basic you'll need:

Strawberries
Blueberries
1 Cup Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 - 1 Cup French Vanilla Granola

Mix together and enjoy!!!

Fruit Yogurt Parfait
Made this on accident one day and damn its tasty:

1 Chopped Apple
1/2 Cup Pineapple
Half a Banana
Handful of Grapes
1 Serving Blueberries
1 Serving Strawberries
1/2 - 1 Cup French Vanilla Granola
! Cup Vanilla Yogurt

EFFORT Omelet
Made by EFFORT makes eggs taste so much better:

1 Cup Liquid Egg Whites
3 Whole eggs
1 oz American Cheese
1/4 Cup Red Pepper
1/4 Cup Green Pepper
1 Cup Spinach

Personally I am a big stickler for chicken breast and tuna.

I basically replace anything that calls for pork or beef with fish or chicken. Do that and you will have endless new foods to eat that are still beneficial.

For example, I really like hamburger helper's philly cheese steak... **** tastes great but it's bad enough on it's own with all that sodium..I don't need to be adding a bunch of grease and fat to that ****. So I replace the beef with diced boneless skinless chicken breast and its just awesome and not terrible for you if you expend as much energy as I do.

But mostly I survive off of chicken breast with lemon pepper or cayenne, raw broccoli, and rice. A can of chicken stock or cream of chicken soup mixed in the rice is really tasty and filling.

if only tuna didnt have mercury in it, you can only eat about 8-10 ounces before you start feeling sick with mercury poison. Sucks because tuna is the ultimate food , protein, no carbs, no fat ... ugh fvck mercury.
