"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

Whats up people? Ill start off by saying ive been dating this21yo hb9 milf for a year and a half now.(im 21) Her kid just turned three and is generally annoying. The kid is in custody of her mother right now so the most he comes around is one maybe two times a week for an afternoon ususally. Her mom has just petitioned for full custody of the kid and she goes ape**** trying to keep him( bear in mind she has been completely comfortable only seeing him 3 days out of the month before this) I love her and she definitely loves me. I generally dont try to hang out with them while they are together simply to allow some bonding time and keep myself from being bored as @$!#. Since the beginning of the relationship i made it very clear to her i would be no daddy, no playmate, and no babysitter. A couple weeks ago she threw me an ultimatum that if i wasnt going to accept her kid and make them both happy then she was going to break up with me.

Ive still been banging her in this couple weeks, and she asking me if im banging anyone else or talking to. Asks me why i took our pictures down and even moved them from my bedroom drawer to my fridge. The past few nights have been good, going out and drinking together, cruising around town, hanging w mutual friends. But today she referred to me as her ex. To which i replied "as long as i know whats going on" and then drove off and left her at her work. Can you give me advice on what course of action i should take with my preference of staying together in mind?

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Leave her and run, youve had your fun.

Let someone else play baby daddy.

Abort. You had your go with sloppy teen mom, but it's madness to be forced into being step dad when you're still a kid yourself. Go and enjoy life before some bird weighs you down like an anchor.

The majority of 21 year old guys are not in the right headspace to be a father to someone else's kid, and by your own admission, you're in that majority.
The fact that the kid is in her mother's custody has major red flags all over it. If you stay with this girl, you are stepping into a warzone.

Also, if anyone gives me an ultimatum, I will generally take the 'or else' on principle. If she is willing to throw away the relationship so easily, why shouldn't you?

My advice to you is... change your preference.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Single fathers should date single mothers. Find a chick with no baggage and none of this drama.

Dating a girl who got pregnant at 17 is the mistake here. She did you a favor by calling you her ex. Now you can go out and meet higher quality women.

When a woman lays down an ultimatum, you MUST dump her. Otherwise you'll be attached to a control freak.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

I don't see the ultimatum she dumped you by refering to you as her "ex".

You got 99 problems but a single mommy isn't 1!

Dude no brainer, RUN!
