"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

im out at the bars with my friends. I go to this one bar where me and my ex would always go. Its been a year since weve broken up and havent seen her i thought she left town a long time ago. So tonight i had a strange feeling and was like fvck im going to see her tonight and i havent thought that in months. i havent seen her in 3 months. I go to the bar and i hear a "uh oh" i glance out of the corner of my eye and see her friend then i see her. i didnt say anything or look over there. but i saw her looking at me then i immediatley got on my phone and left. she saw me guaranteed. so im fvcked up by the end of the night riding home and decide to send her a text. i say "i dont know why im talking to you right now i know i shouldnt but i just wanted to let you know that i noticed you noticing at me at the suite (name of bar). i was laughing cause i took that from will smith in the fresh prince of bel air show. i think it was funny and ****y for sure. but was it a dumb move? honestly i dont really care anyways cause she packed on some pounds in the face anyways.

“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

Yup you totally messed up.

If it had been me, I;d have walked on over to them and started by saying - you know, it sounds nuts but I had this feeling inside I'd bump into you tonight. Hows things blah blah.

But seeing as she's your ex, it doesnt really matter what you did in this case - the end story is the same. Move on & forget about her.

Also she wont have understood your ****y and funny text...

bet she didnt reply eh?

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
