thats cause walking is a waste of time, it doesnt shape and tone and sculpt muscles the way resistance training with weights and machines does
Well, the weight in my face (chubby cheeks) went bye bye.... and an overall outer layer of fat, went away as well. But yes, I did lose weight, but walking seems more like a maintenance thing. I'm thinking of getting a membership to planet fitness ($10 a month). Now, I just have to find out which machines I should focus on. Any suggestions?

Wrong. When it comes to losing fat cardio is like the holy grail.

Never lost more weight then when I started walking 5 miles a day. And eventually you can up the intensity till you're sprinting. Full body workout I can even see my abs more defined after a night of sprints.

Like I said nothing is better for fat loss in my opinion. I've been lifting since high school and I never saw these kinds of results.

Makes me wish I chose basketball over football.

Walking is simple, any one can do it almost no matter how fat, it's just going to take a bit more time. An advantage of no joint danages or stress. Plus you can think and work out your mental problems on your walk. A 5 miles walk will take 2 hrs. That would be more than enough cals in a day for most heavier guys over 250 ( 1000+ cals ).

I think relying on escorts can actually be bad for your esteem over time. Use an escort in your portfolio if it gets you off, but make sure you are able to slay non paid babes too. Using an escort will be great for breaking a long drought though.

OP, everyone has issues. I have a skin condition that causes me to have red patches on certain parts of my body. Can't see them when I'm clothed because they are in concealed places.

Know how many women have told me they can't have sex with me once we are both naked? ZERO. And a few have noticed it while we were banging, and asked what that is, I just laugh it off and tell them it's my tattoos and they laugh and we just keep going.

i would recommend focusing on compound lift machines mainly in the higher rep ranges. you could do them any way you want, just make sure to hit your entire body and go to failure and focus on contracting muscles instead of how much weight you are lifting. also if you cycle through different machines with little to no rest in between you can keep your heart rate up and hit cardio as well. you can run a mile at the end of the workout if you want to do some more or some sprints on the stairmaster for a few minutes etc....

examples of different workouts with machines/simple weights

workout 1
cable/machine rows - 4sets 10-15 reps
dumbell deadlifts - 4 sets 10 reps
hammer curls - 4 sets 10-15 reps
calves machines -4 sets 15-20 reps
ab work of some kind

workout 2
cable/machine rows- 4 sets 10-15 reps
chest press machine - 4 sets 10-15 reps
dip machine- 4 sets 10-15 reps
shoulder press machine - 4 sets 10-15 reps

It's okay man. I was fat when I was a kid. I lost weight now and started working out but I still have little deposits of fat on my stomach and t1ts that I need to fill out with muscle. I'll be lying if I said it didn't bother me once in a while, but it's really not a big deal. If a girl is hot enough for you already where you can take your shirt off, the fat won't mean anything. If she wants it off around you she already imagined how you look without it. And no girl is dumb enough to look at an overweight or chubby guy and or whatever you're complicating about and imagine Arnold under there lol. Like another poster said

Uhh, no it's not. Cardio is great for muscle loss when doing extended amounts of it. Does nothing to increase your EPOC, does not burn enough calories by itself to be very effective for fat loss. In fact multiple studies have shown that people who do cardio and eat healthy don't lose anymore weight than those who simply eat healthy.

so I got exactly what I wanted from the date. validation
circumstantially it wasn't going to escalate, she was on her bike 12:30am
and home was a 15 minute ride and a thunderstorm was jus starting
and she worked a full day (cuz she was at reception at 8am when I came for breakfast)
