"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

So longs you have an idea what C&F is and means you can make up your own. Its not bad at all to have canned C&F to use on special occasions but just come up with your own C&F on the fly.

Wooooww.. 1 min man... I don't want nothing with you.. tell you what, let's be friends ok?

Standing in line "Hi... What's your name?... ___ could you please hold my space for a min? *you go do something, whatever, not for long though!* ... Thanks!, you know, I wanted to see ___ but _____."

Lesson there? If you can't think of anything c&f, don't, but at least talk. And use some of the basic c&f afterwards.

At the drugstore "Are you staring at me? ... right, must be the drugs, that's why you're here anyways.

and, the one I originaly replied this thread... drumroll....

Woman working at perfume shop "You know, one would expect someone working at a perfume shop to smell nice... well, at least not smell bad.."

My advice? Approach and approach using the basics that you've learned, and the mindset will come to you naturally, along with original c&f. And another advice, since you are asking this question, it means you arent comfortable yet using c&f, which means the line I gave above would possibly be performed in a non appropiatte manner.

I like telling them they have something in their teeth. If they take it well, I pinch a little piece of tobacco from a cigarette and put it in my teeth and say "Here, I put something in my teeth too so you wouldn't feel so bad"
Then I ask them if they always walk around with stuff in their teeth. Or, I'll ask why their friends wouldn't tell them (if they're with friends)

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Can't think of much at the moment but I was bending over the other day around my lady friend and I knew she wasnt staring at me and I said "Hey are you looking at my ass?" she replied with "no"(kiddingly) then I said "just because my ass is nicer then yours doesnt mean you have the right to stare at it" and she just rolled her eyes. The small little comments like that keep stuff fun.
