Recently got a FB, things are going good. We chill, we ****, we talk, no complaints.
However, I've caught myself slipping occasionally when talking to her either in person or through text etc and I was wondering if you have any suggestions in establishing my frame as I'm wary of giving this girl too much power over me in the fb thing.

the first thing i would do is not start threads asking questions on how to reestablish my frame because good as the advice might be at first, once you turn your little computer off you are going to realise that by doing so you are inadvertently already giving your power away by thinking of her constantly.

Mate who said I was thinking of it constantly? It came up in my mind and I wanted to deal with it. That's it. I came here looking for advice, if I don't find it here no biggie I'll go with the flow and see where it takes me
What's the big deal.

Once you've banged a girl the ball is in your court...unless you don't have any other options, which is why a lot of guys end up in a relationship in situations like this. They can't lose the only pvssy in their life

Like it's not so much me perhaps slipping verbally, merely I find myself getting more emotionally involved with this girl then I'd like at this time. I still wanna bang her but like you say I'm in the potential for a relationship situation here but I don't want in but neither do I have other pvssy right now. Times are tough hehe.

So how to bring it back to plain ole ****ing?

Spend less time with her, re-focus on yourself and your goals, find another plate and spend time with her.

I'd add make sure when you meet up it's just sex and cut the sleepovers(I know she stays over).
