A guy who's high quality is someone who's reached a point where he doesn't really care what others think and is mentally sound with who he is. This is a feeling that is very Zen-like, haha, it comes from having your life in check and knowing that you're good for any woman who is wise enough to give you her time. All of this alpha/beta crap doesn't matter...a truely successful and happy man just lives his life as he needs to in happiness and in good health. Being high quality is having unflappable levels of faith in yourself and who you are, and also with the direction that you are headed as far as the future is concerned. It's knowing and understanding what you're doing, plus being able to handle whatever the outcome is.
People are people...you're going to get rejected and have successes when it comes to flirting and dating, with a lot of it honestly being completely random or not even having to necessarily do with you. As long as you're enjoying it all and laughing along the way, then hey...that's some good stuff to be experiencing. I mean really...if you can approach a woman to talk while thinking "I have every right to be doing this because I'm what most women would love to have. It's her bad decision if she brushes me off" then yeah, that's about as good as you can get.
