"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

not here. in the real world.
I've noticed some member signatures on this forum that cite small bits of wisdom other SoSuave Members have contributed; some of these I've wished I had paid a bit more attention to at times...

However, I thought this thread might be a nice place to aggregate some of those useful gems that may help us think clearly in times of frustration, doubt, fear, oneitis-love, whatever it may be. Staying motivated and working in the right direction is a challenge in any endeavor of improvement. We all deserve women in our lives, and in ways that do not demean or take from us, but work for us. We've all likely suffered in our own ways, and I believe we all deserve success.

Here are just a few that stood out recently in my mind, and please feel free to add to this thread [that is the point] -- big truths can often come in small words:

Choose your woman wisely, for a good one only makes up at most 30% of your happiness, while a bad one would be 99% of your misery.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Dear Bhudda Mind,
In every Craft, interest or calling there are Process People....Those who study and Philosophise on the whys and wherefores, who get all the Books and Tools, but never produce any solid results.... and then there are product People....Those who just get on and do the Job....rarely are the two characteristics found in one person.
