Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

Push yourself to do more cardio and you'll feel like crap cause the cigs will have impacted your lung capacity. Or you could just smoke a pack and a half of lucky strike no filters in one day then go somewhere and inhale some second hand smoke... it'll keep you away from cigarettes for a long time and you might able to quit after that, no joke.

I am amazed at the number of people I see on a daily basis who still smoke. None of them are interested in quitting. Espi is right---there really is nothing you can tell a smoker to make him/her quit. it's totally up to their own willpower. I work in an emergency room right now. We see a lot of abscesses. You know one thing they all have in common? They smoke. People who smoke get sick. They get infections, they dont heal properly from wounds.

I used to smoke when i was a teenager. Havent touched a cigarette in over 10 years. To this day I HATE cigarettes. I hate the smell, I hate the way people smoke them in public and blow that carcinogenic smog in everyone's faces. I think we should start treating smokers like the second-class citizens that they are, and ban it in ALL public places.

Sorry if that was harsh, cola. There are no secrets. My tips? Dont buy them. Dont hang out with people who smoke. Dont put yourself in situations where you are likely to smoke. Replace that habit with the gym.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I can't express how much more enjoyable Chicago is now that the smoking ban is in effect. Smoking is banned indoors and within 15 feet from any door outside throughout the city and suburbs. I went to a bar in Wisconsin one night and I was so confused why there was smoke in the air.

I won't date a girl that smokes. If I make out with a random girl and I can taste cigarettes, goodbye.

I have had a couple friends successfully quit smoking, and they were all the kind of people that I would expect to have the strength to. Then I see my lazy friends with no real jobs, some still living at their parents, and they "have no desire to even try to quit". Disgusts me.

The only "trick" I have come across working for people is fighting hard to do it. I can't speak from experience, but seeing people that want to quit being able to quit makes me feel like people claim it is harder than it really is. I am in no way saying it isn't hard, but everyone I see that actually wants to quit, does it successfully.

Just commit to it. Stop buying them immediately and deal with the withdrawal. Keep telling yourself it will get easier and it's worth it. It will be, without a doubt, one of the best decisions you ever make in your life. If only we could be so sure about our other decisions working out so well. That should be enough motivation.

The easiest thing to do is to gradually reduce the amount of cigarettes you smoke on a daily basis. This method helps you to get over the mental aspect of it. Try to avoid binge drinking, as this always leads to an intense urge to smoke. Exercise and sugarless chewing gum are great ways to take your mind off of your cravings. The most important thing is that you have to genuinely want to quit.
