Well, first things first, this girl is the one that came on really strong, and we watched a movie one night at my apartment. Tonight, we're just going to go to a coffee house or a college fountain, and play checkers and talk. With no money, that's about all I can come up with in this town. After I get paid, it will be a different story. Anyways, I'm just trying to get to know this girl now, and she knows enough about me to know that I have interest in her, but also that I do stay busy, which is no lie. I have been with friends beside her, and have been doing something almost every night with or without her, and she knows this too. This one, I don't have to worry about.
Now here's a situation where I'm not real sure what to think. I have this neighbor, who is also a friend. She is a little hottie, but I have not had any interest in her since I initially met her. But here's the deal--we talk every once in a while--neither one of us is hardly ever home. The other night, she was telling me how she had a crush on a guy, and that he was sooo cute. That was really all she said about that, except that she had had a crush on him for a while.
Okay, a night or two after that, I was at the bar--she came in with her friends. I looked to see who it was, and she made eye contact with me. I didn't bother to go over there because I was talking with the hbbartender (who I'm not trying to get with, but it's awesome social prrof); so, hbneighbor comes over to me, gives me a hug, and asks me how my night is going. Is this chic just being a friend, or does she have an interest in me? I know I should already know this, but this one is kind of hard to tell. Any help?
