"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

My friend is always play-fighting with these two girl friends of ours in our dorms and whenever the four of us do something, such as watching a movie, the two of them join him on his bed while I get my bed to myself. I don't want to be doing the same stuff he is just to get their attention, but I was wondering if I should do anything.

Isn't kino supposed to be a reward for good behavior? and is it good to have kino such as play-fighting without escalating for a long time?

Your friend could be gay, pimp, or both. Regardless, play-fighting does not make you equal to a man.

He is providing them with emotions. When he is fighting them, their hearts are racing. girls live for this. Also, he is giving off a playful vibe, something girls LOVE. Kino CAN be a reward, but it is also a statement.
