“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Questions about joining a gym.

1. Should I join a small gym, or a gym like Bally's Total Fitness?

2. How are membership fees paid? Monthly? Is there a contract?

3. My goal and focus will be on strength training and bulking up, but I wouldn't mind seeing a large number of attractive women getting there bodies fit. Is a bigger gym like Bally's good for this aspect?

4. How long does a typical person stay at a gym?

5. If you belong to a gym, please describe the atmosphere, why you like it, etc.

Thanks!!

1. Depends on your budget and what kind of equipment you need/want. Other things to take into account are hours of operation, how close it is to where you work, live, go to school, etc.

2. Depends on the gym. Most places will charge you an initiation fee...typically 100-300 up front, and bill you monthly. Gyms here usually charge 30 to 60/month. There's other fees at the start when you first sign up as well. Most gyms will have you sign a 1-2 year contact and give you the option to pay the year up front. Some gyms allow month-to-month as wel.

3. Most gyms have lotsa hot women! I think bigger gyms are better for this.

4. No clue...I'm not normal.... :D

5. I've met lotsa people from my gyms. They're pretty much always guys who are trainers, powerlifters, etc or other individuals who have an interest in strength and fitness. I've never really met women at the gym...

If you are in a small town, there should be gyms that give you the option of charging a small monthly fee. Long term contracts are cost-efficient however with that comes committment. If you're starting out, might as well stick to monthly contracts because you might end up NOT liking the place after awhile.

Are you going to the gym to get bigger and stronger or to add notches on your bedpost? Don't get your priorities mixed up.
