I met her for drinks, things went well enough because she stayed for two hours and she called me like an hour after the date. But I'm not that good with girls, in fact, I have zero real world experience.
1. She gave me her home number even though she has a cell phone. She lives at home and her mom answers the phone. Do you think she'll give me her cell at some point, or should I ask for it some way?
2. I know if I was a total ****-up that she wouldn't have called me after the first date, but I know I could have done so much better. If we meet again, I definitely have to kino and preferably as soon as I see her. And I have to be funnier. But am I right she has some interest?
3. Are girls alright with a guy being nervous the first date (especially since I met her online) or am I already in the friend territory?
She's a college grad, working as a dentist and will be taking license test shortly. A year older than me. She claims to have been in only one LTR and that was with her child's father (she got pregnant young). The one thing I am good at is judging people's character (even though women can be tricky), and I see her as a woman with a good head on her shoulders that's not impressed by PUAs. Oh, and she contacted me on this dating site and suggested we meet. It wasn't the other way around.
Since I'm inexperienced, how do the more experienced members read this situation? I called her last night to see how she was feeling because she wasn't feeling well on our date, but her mother answered and told me she was sleep. I did call pretty late for a working professional with a son, but I was hoping to catch her before she went to bed. I spoke in a confident tone and stated my reason for calling. I assume it's important for a mother to like a guy that's seeing her daughter, especially since this mother and daughter have a close relationship. If she doesn't return my call today, then I will call again tomorrow night (earlier) and invite her to dinner this week.
(What if she doesn't return my call today?)
