I am 16......since working out I have gained 10 pounds so now I weigh 130, at 6'1............I jsut did the bench press for my first time.......I thought it was going to be a breeze.....I could barely do 15 reps with just the bar...Is this normal for someone in HS starting out??.......I also just started taking Creatine, and NO2.

If you are just now starting to work out DO NOT take creatine and NO2. The only supplements you should be taking is a multi vitamin and maybe whey protien powder. It sounds that you are pretty skinny and are wanting to gain weight... the most important thing is FOOD. Eat, eat, eat, then eat some more dont take creatine and no2 and expect to be doing anything good for your body sense you dont have much muscle development yet.

Those reps seem kinda high dude, maybe you should increase weights and lift slower. And creatine and whatever that crap is will increase 1-2% performance. I highly doubt that's worth $20 a month. That's like buying 93 octane gas when your 4 cylinder only needs 87. Just a waste of money...
