Hey guys,

I've always felt the need to live in my own place if I were to succeed with girls. I feel like if I live with my parents at age 20 most girls will just think I'm a loser when they find out and things will just go downhill from there. Recently I've come to think that this may or may not be true. SO, i'm wondering, does it really make that big of a difference to girls whether you live with your parents or not?

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

If you can afford it, then go for it. However, your need to move out should never be "because of girls will think I'm a loser." I moved out because I couldn't stand my father barking, surrounding my room was my other siblings and lousy neighbors. And most importantly, because I could afford to move out. If your rent x 4 ($300 x 4 = $1200 per month) is not equivalent to your monthly salary after taxes and not if you don't have at least Rent x 12 ($300 x 12 = $3600 in bank) Be independent and smart, not stupid.

For instance, I pay $500 for rent (room sharing) , and I make $2500 a month. That's smart.

My female friend pays $600 for rent (room sharing) , but she makes $1300 a month. That's stupid. not only that she has only less than a thousand left in bank. if she gets fired..rut roh. She thinks it's fine of course, since she can bring "her boys or friends" over. Geez, some people are socially needy.
