“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I'm kind of cut... i have a six pack (it's not big but it's there) it's covered though by a thin layer of fat. so it's not as hard or toned as i'd like it. WEll in a couple of montsh i'm going to be in this pageant thing for fun at school, and one of the events is a swimsuit contest. I am already doing 50 crunches a night, but i have no access to a gym. I heard taht not drinking water will make it show a little better, and make it look more defined

My question is... how can i get my abs to look their best (i have about a month and 2 weeks) and if i do that no water thing, will it really make a difference, and when should i stop drinking water to get the best effect?

Thx

no no no, dont stop drinking water, drink more. what hes talking about is water weight. but its like a fat person that dries to lose wieight by eating only one meal a day. hes gonna gain more weight because his body is going to start saving fat because it knows hes not eating much.

You could take a diuretic before your contest to remove excess water from your body. It will make you piss it all out.

I would recommend running a search on google for bodybuilding pre-contest training to get some other ideas, there are many many things you can do to help you look "cut", some more extreme than others of course. Goodluck.

Dude, the kid doesn't sound like he has any idea what the hell he's talking about and you're telling him to go on diuretics??

Hey random - here's an idea. GO ON A DIET! LOOK AT THE CUTTING GUIDE STICKY AT THE TOP OF THE PAGE.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

It's Potassium that those bodybuilder dudes take a couple days before their competitions, to get all the excess water out of their bodies.
Did you guys watch that True Life on MTV called "I want the perfect body" and they followed around that amateur bodybuilder guy? It was pretty interesting. That dude was dedicated.

Abs are built in the kitchen.

I would recommend doing a keno diet and add HIIT 3x/week. The biggest most defined abs in the world are invisible if there's an inch of bodyfat covering them.

Also, don't train your abs every day. They should be treated just like every other muscle group for better results -- in other words, they need rest time to grow, as well.

Look up ab boot camp on t-mag.com as well. Extremely brutal, yet very effective in a short period of time.

As for keno and HIIT... if you're not familiar with those terms, just look them up on bodybuilding.com or Google them.

Did I say keno? I've been reading this website too much. :p Yes, I meant keto. Thanks for catching that.

The keno diet would require you to touch everything you eat, making it horny and uh, less fattening.
