"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

so i met this chick via the internet. she messaged me first, mentioned that i was cute and we exchanged some flirty messages. so a week goes by and we decide to meet up.

we had great conversation, had some dinner and hung out with a couple of my friends. there was slight body language interest on her part. she would walk really close to me, and would joke around and say "oh i'm tired" and put her head on my shoulder.

anyway, even after that we talked when i got home, she wanted to make sure i got home ok. but after all of this, we could never contact each other. she calls me, i cant pickup. i call her, she doesn't pickup, etc. but she says that she never answers her phone.

so we had another lunch "date" today and she was really cool, called me "honey" when we said bye and told me to call her tonight [she wants to hang out on friday].

but here's the catch, she mentioned indirectly that she wants to be able to do what she wants, which i took as a sign that she's not looking for a boyfriend.

anyhow, should i pursue her as a potential mate? what would you guys say about her IL?

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

She definetely is not a potential by how she acts towards you. Interest level? She's interested collecting you as her friend that obeys what she wants.

A girl that is interested in you, will let you lead and say yes to most of your date inquiries.

Who is leading? Seems like she is.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

It's hard to make a prediction based on what you've said. It's really not enough information. Everything seems, well, fine so far. She's not ready for a relationship, so what? Her not crawling up your ass is a good thing. Maybe.....just maybe she's telling the truth.

I think you're overanalyzing. Just go in there and have some fun. She hasn't cancelled a date, hasn't blew you off, so set up another date. If it feels right, kiss her. If she's into you, she'll let you. If she's not she'll stop you and you'll know for sure. But for the time being just relax and let things unfold instead of getting all bent ouf of shape because they aren't matching your expectations to a "T".

if she is looking for love on the internet...

She needs a real man, to bang her.

She's not looking for a BF on the net.

Next date, stop at a gas station, when she asks why, tell her you need to buy some rubbers.... if she is still in the car when you get back..... You're in.

Just an FYI, the last online chicK i went out with, stated that she was not sure if she wanted a boyfriend. Naturally, I have not heard from her since.....I got blown off.

Here, i've identified them for you. And that's from a few PARAGRAPHS OF TEXT... you've SPENT HOURS with this girl! Why haven't you fvcked her yet?

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

that's what i thought too for a second. but she totally flaked on me this past friday. she had told me to call her after i was done running my errands. i called her and she didnt pick up. so i left her a text msg telling her to call me when she's done with whatever she's doing. she replied with "ok." never heard from her that night.

she then sent me mail, this is copy+pasted:

" Ok I know your really mad at me... I'm sorry... I'm sooo sorry... I dont want to give you some bull**** excuse why I flaked so bascially I just am... a flake... Call me if ya want I'm so ****ing sorry... again and again and again "

and i replied with:

"nah, you can call me. "

personally, i don't wanna deal with her. she tells me to call her. i ask, "will you pick up?" and she always says "yes." yet, she never picks up the phone. i don't bother leaving voice messages. but yeah, i've got other investments that would pay off better anyway :) whatever, her loss.

if she calls....tell her to come over to watch a movie or something and fvck her brains out.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

her: Do u hate me
her: ?

her: Uh... I'm soooo sorry...
her: I feel so bad
me: its cool
me: no use cryin over spille dmilk
her: we gotta chill again though
me: sure
me: whatever's ever clever
her: definitely...
her: I'm off Saturday...
me: okie
me: you gonna flake again?
me: lol
me: or even pick up your phone?
her: We'll figure something out...
her: Shut up...
her: Of course I will
me: but you always say that
me: i think
her: huh?
me: that you should call me instead
her: ok
me: you never pickup, even when you say you will
me: so ive given up
her: yeah i do!
her: Usually
me: nope
her: lol
me: hehe
her: ok
her: ok
her: sorry
me: but yeah, you can call me if you wanna chill
her: i will
me: sounds good

and later, when she left:

her: call me tomorrow...
her: do u have school/
her: huh?
me: nope, you call me
me: and no i dont have school tomorrow ;)
her: ok
her: ok
her: your strange
me: why's that?
her: but i'll call you
her: you know...

Looks like she is trying to drag you in again to play her silly attention wh0re games. Don't buy it. Next time she contacts you, don't even respond. Just cut all contact with her altogether and walk away. These types of girls thrive on drama that you don't need.

Don't say what she did was okay (referring to when she flaked in your chat log). That is giving her too much power (if it were me, I'd tell her straight out "I don't want to be with someone like you"). Make sure she knows you are the man always and if she can't handle that consider finding someone else right away. Get rid of your ego, you don't need to bang every chick who talks to you and has a nice face. **** your ego and go with what is truly best for you. Girls should pick up on that, it is more powerful. (read this somewhere on DJ, I forget the exact post.. I think it was Anti-Dump.. but I'm not sure).

if she is looking for love on the Internet...

Dude, does that really work? I mean of course she'll probably be in the car, what is she going to do? walk 10 miles home? Describe how you go about doing this act. To me it sounds very confident and manly, but it may make a girl insecure and worried if she wasn't already thinking on sexual lines about you.
