"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Hey guys, I really wanna quit smoking. Its frickin hard though. Sh*t I was addicted to pills for a while but Ive been smoking for about 6 years so its kind of a lifestyle thing that I cant imagine my life without them. I also drink on the weekends and I cant really imagine drinking and not smoking. Ive been hearing really great things about chantix. Ive also heard of a small portion of people who had bad side effects. Just wondering if anyone here has taken it and what the results were like

"Stop Asking Your Friends What to Text Her"

Your buddy Dave has been single for three years and thinks "hey u up" is a valid strategy. Your other buddy Mike just got dumped and told you to "just be yourself."

You showed them her text. You asked them to decode the emoji. You drafted four responses and sent the screenshot to the group chat for a vote.

She's been waiting forty minutes.

Put the phone down. Stop crowdsourcing your love life. Type something that sounds like you. Hit send. Then go do literally anything else with your evening.

If you cant imagine drinking and not smoking, stop drinking.

you say you "really wanna quit smoking", thats good, so stop drinking, stop hanging out with people who smoke/in places where people smoke, and stop buying ciggeretes, theres a whole load of patches/replacement niccotine therapys out there, have you tried any?

good luck

I went cold turkey around 3-4 months ago and still going strong, I did slip twice during the first 2-3 weeks as I got really drunk and was offered a cigarette. I then decided not to get drunk ( i had a drink here and there but made sure never to get drunk/hammered/whatever) for a month which helped greatly as you are in a clear state of mind and simply saying no is much easier.

Do it man, I smoked for around 5 years too and you'll THANK YOURSELF for it. You really start noticing how much better you feel all of a sudden pretty quickly, more energy. Food that used to taste good now make me jizz my pants, sense of smell has gotten so much better, I recently sat next to someone on the bus who clearly just had a cigarette and I just got disgusted by the smell coming off him worse is the fact that I was that guy for the last 5 years and could never notice. If anything i can see that smell being a major turn off for women whenever you try to get your game on.

I've never tried Chamtix but I do know about it, what you said about possible negative side effects is what put me off a bit worried in case I am part of the small minority who are effected by it although i do know people who have used it with no side effects who said it was great, takes the edge of it big time. What I did instead though was go cold turkey, drink lots of water and buy some St. Johns wort (cant remember the exact one I purchased right now but what it relieves is feelings agitation, anxiety, depression etc. its basically helps keep your mood balanced)

anyway rockstar, go for it and good luck!

ps: that feeling every time you have a cigarette is a feeling you'll enjoy 24/7 as a non-smoker

chantix could give you some serious side effects especially if you are a little worried before hand or have any of the stuff.

I've heard that some people on Chantix have really weird dreams. I went cold turkey about five years ago. There are many different treatments to stop smoking. Some people quit using the patches and gum, so quit cold turkey and some use Chantix. If you are having a really difficult time quitting then ask your doctor about Chantix. Also the drinking is a trigger and you either need to be strong when you are around triggers or you need to avoid them.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

happy to say i bought some patches a couple days ago. i smoke about a pack a day, but yesterday i put a patch on and commited to not smoking. had 2 last night, and ive been awake for 6 hours today and havent had one yet. its not so bad, im enjoying the effects im having so far way more than a cigarette. i feel like i can breathe, and im not coughing up a bunch of junk. a little irritable but i also have way more energy and im a lot more animated and it seems like im able to focus on things better. so far so good
