“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I just started working out a couple of weeks ago and the day after my workouts i have been noticing no pain or stiffness.
This normal or do i not have a strenuous enough exercise.

If you have only been training that short period of time dont worry about it. You should be practicing the movements and learning technique. So maybe you are training lightly so as not to get sore which is fine when learning the exercises. Gradually start to up weight and intensity from here on and see if you get sore then. Most people only get sore when intensity is upped to over and above what the body is used to. Doesnt necessarily have an effect on gains - certainly not strength gains.

it is really too hard to say whats going wrong or why you are in pain

but the usual reasons ppl feel pain with their workout is that

1) their form is very bad

2) usually their form is bad b/c the weight they are using is too hign but it doesnt seem to be in your case

3) most ppl do not stretch b4 and after workout
i know that i used to hate working out b/c of how i would feel a day or so after id leave the gym, jus simple streches of the body parts you are working b4 and and after you workout can make the difference

4) another possibility may be that lactic acid is building up in your body. It is always good to get on the tread and walk for 5min and then do a fast jog for 5min. It gets your heart goin

Ok so even if you dont feel pain or stiffness the next day doesnt mean your exercise isnt working.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

No pain doesn't mean its not working. When I first started working out I felt stiff as well and my instructor said I would. But your muscles get used to it.

Now I can tell when I'm not working out ENOUGH because I'll get that pain back again. It took me about 3 weeks (I think) to loose the pain when I first started but now it doesn't take that long when I come back from not working out for a while.
