I smile at girls all the time, and they smile back. Most people would think that they are interested. But what are they going to do, frown at me? lol. It's hard to gauge it. Any tips?

A smile is a good sign, but if they're nice they might just smile to everyone. A better indicator is prolonged eye-contact, not just a quick glance. Or a couple times within a setting or short period.

I heard once that if a chick flashes her cans at you she is interested, and that now would be a good time to approach her......unless of course, ......she has a c cup or smaller

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
