Question About Diet

I have my training routine and all that sorted out but Im stuck on what I sould be eating and all that to bulk up. I know you sould take loads of protein and have six meals a day but I was wondering would some one be able to post an example of what they eat on a daily basis. Say what you have for breakfest, lunch etc. just to give me an idea. Props

Hello again!

Please, please tell me you decided upon "Where to Start", or something as good. If it's not where to start post it up so we can makesure it is alright. Unless of course you are in direct contact with effort or someone decent.

Don't have time to post up a sample diet at the moment, look in the vault and you should be able to find some pointers.

sample meal:

6 eggs
half pkt bacon
diced mushroom, pepper, onion
made into an omelette and folded over 75g of cheddar cheese.
~1 litre water
cup of nettle tea to aid digestion

I start the day with;

4 egg omelette, bacon, onion, bbq sauce :)
3 pieces of toast with Peanut Butter
Protein Shake
1 banana
And sometimes have a serving of yogurt.

big salad with italian dressing, 4 slices of bacon, 2 sausage patties, 2-4cheese singles

This is gonna be a piece of p!ss. I'll eat those 3 posts in one cracker. I'm malnourished like that. I took my work out routine from the where to start theard awhile back and ive my max testing week done. I also have my food supplies. The eating has already started and the working out will be in full efect from monday. I shall report back soon with the results. Thank you for you're advice. Im off to eat a pony now. Bye Bye.
