“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

What's your activity level?

If you're going to be doing anything physically involved, you're going to want some carbs in the morning for energy. If you're just resting/rebuilding physically, then stick to proteins.

If you're just resting/rebuilding physically, then stick to proteins.
i thought carbs are good for better muscle rebuilding/growth??

It's not about burning fat IN THE MOMENT, it's about a calorie deficit over a course of 24 hours.
hmm yes but if u are burning fat in EVERY moment u have calorie deficit for sure....and if u stick with proteins in the morning u are burning fat for sure! for the rest of the day a little calorie deficit with mainly carbs+proteins and all good??

If you're bulking, load up some carbs for brekkie. If you're not bulking, load up less complex carbs - if you gain fat, just burn more off or take more carbs out of your diet throughout the day.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Eat carbs in the morning, if you trained the night before, your muscles will start using your protein stores for energy... (not good). feed em some carbs... then a complex carb through the day to keep you going (before 3pm).. then you can also have a meal containing carbs (not too much) within the first 30-40mins after a workout (weights)... carbs arent bad.. you just have to burn off as much as you eat. If you get your diest right, it is actually quite a simple process. I can drop 5 kgs in a week straight up, without losing "muscle mass". its not hard guys.

Have carbs and protein in the morning for two main reasons...

1) Cortisol (at catabolic hormone) levels are highest in the morning and carbs help supress them

2) To give your body glycogen to use for the rest of the day

Morning is a good time to have your higher GI carbs.

You have to have your biggest meal of the day after working out. "not too many" [carbs] is fooking stupid. All of you are fooking stupid. Stop giving advice.

"not too many" means... not 5 bowls of Pasta. Balance the intake with protein.
