Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

as you all may know, in HS, its usually crowded...i have seem some HB around and wanted to make an approach but some how it bothers me that others would make fun of me for hitting a HB...i guess thats like the main reason why i dont do HS approach...

-so should i even care about what other people think if i were to hit on a HB?
-do you even care if you got rejected by a HB in front of a crowd?

in my school its almost alway crowded whether its before, during, or after school...

"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

It might be easier to just get to know the girl inside her social group and then ask her out later so it doesn't seem so out of the blue. I know that most people in High School would be sure to make fun of you for cold approaching anyone, since most of them are immature douchebags that don't have the balls to do it themselves.

Yeah, try to get into her social crowd. From there, show her some attention but not all, spread some around too (can't look too needy) Then, make plans with her somewhere away from school. As for the whole "school kids busting on you", I wouldn't worry about it. If it works out, you'll be the one laughing

well, first of all, don't ask a girl out infront of her friends/your friends, wait untill you have some form of isolation. Now this isolation could be just the two of you walking down the hall together, because usually everyone is involved with their own conversations with their freinds and not really listening to the people around them.

Now, in my opinion, there is no such thing as cold approaching in high school, at least in my high school. There are only about 1000 students at my highschool, and im pretty sure ive seen just about everyone at some point or another, and they've probably seen you around too. So just go up to them and say something like, "hi, i've seen you around before right?" and bingo, she's in a conversation with you.

wow my threads is still alive lol...

i'll just get straight to the point...there's this HB that i most likely will see her walking by herself alot...i know that i'm suppose to go up and talk to her but do i just say "hi, i seen you around but dont even know you, what's your name?"(in my opinion she's the hottest chick in my school)...and one more thing, she's my guy friend's cousin though

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
