Putting things into perspective... shows how lucky we are

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I'm sure a handful of those guys are innocent, just in the wrong place a the wrong time, but there's nothing "lucky" about me not being in jail.

I'm proud of who I am. And even if I were IN jail, I wouldn't be posting pics of myself trying to get a girl to write me. She's got millions of options:

"Hmm, should I go talk to this guy sitting at the bar? Or write that letter to the inmate who's getting parole'd in 2015?"

Do the math fellas.

When I mean 'lucky' i mean that we HAVE the power to change our circumstances. (Girls wise)

What about those guys? They're basically f*cked.

"Hmm, should I go talk to this guy sitting at the bar? Or write that letter to the inmate who's getting parole'd in 2015?"
Whats sad is that their ONLY option.

If and when they leave all their youth will be gone.

Just think about that when your lonely, those guys have it a million times worse.

(yeah ignore the fact that they are prob murders :D , be more empathetic guys, they have to live sad lives)

Empathy for a murderer who is paying the consequences for his actions?

Yes, he made a mistake when he chose to kill someone. It could have even been decades ago. He could feel complete remorse and be a different person. But he still made the choice to cross the line, knowing the risks of his actions, and he is paying the price.

The day I feel sorrow for a criminal getting what he deserves is the day I forfeit my own integrity. There is a reason why I am not in prison for murder... the same reason that they are: the moment that you violate someone else's rights (especially when it comes to taking their life), is the moment you renounce your own.
