OK I have now started eating alot more than I used to. I pretty much unintentionally starved myselfby not eating Bfast and eating crap. Not I eat a 4 egg Bfast about a pound of meat+ a day and some other stuff. I am writing this becasue it seems in 1 week I have put on 5 lbs Uh-Oh My newest thread on there talks about it. I am freaking out. Not only have I put on 5 lbs but Im now constantly hungry! After dinner I felt like having more. etc. Have you guys noticed a sudden bloat up when you start eating more than your used too? And do you think it will go away or go down?Thanks in advance. I will weigh myself in the morning to see if its just fluctuation or waterweight etc. Also I should add I dont think I look like I have put on 5 lbs or any weight at all. I can already see results from my past 3 weeks of working out.

You should weigh yourself once a week (if even at all) preferably first thing in the morning. Take a piss first if you have to so then there's less water. Generally while bulking, adding 1.5-2lbs a week is an acceptable rate.
