Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

I dont do normal push ups, but special ones where you use a bar...

Anyways a question:

I work out now, but for the sake of it lets say that just doing push ups. How much would I have to do/for how long in which I'd see some "noticeable" effects.

I will try to do this amount in addition to my working out thanks.

(Or are pushups not enough to be incorporated into building muscle?)

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Generally, no. This isn't to say that in doing pushups you'll become weak! you'll just not ever be a Columbu or Schwarzenegger, even if you do some 400-odd pushups a set. Your arms will be mighty strong, to be sure, but I doubt highly that they'll get bulky.

In sum, Are pushups going to build muscle? Yes. Are pushups going to give you arms the size of a Mack truck? No.
