Been at this new job for bout 3 mths now

Mixing work with pleasure usually doesn't end up well. But if this is something you want to do, the best way to go about it is to organize office outings that way you guys can get to know each other outside of work. If you feel something is about to happen, then be completely honest in what you want and how you want to stay cool in the work place no matter what.

Yea small area. i can drive 25 mins and be in the city.
