Pull up -Dips

for most people their dipping strength is greater than their pullup strength (guys who can do weighted full range dips could struggle with bodyweight pullups) (or vice versa) so you'd be compromising one muscle group for another. do them seperately.

Do them separately unless you have some specific need to merge the two (I can't think of a single thing .. maybe something related to gymnastics, but that's it).
