"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I go out and about and I'm shocked how often I see a hot girl with some chubby, terribly dressed dude who looks like he doesn't have 10 cents to his name

I personally had a terrible childhood as a kid in terms of dating and it developed some horrible thinking patterns in my head in terms of being extremely negative/defeatist and feeling like dating is impossible and that women have insurmountable standards. I'm realizing how ridiculous that is - because there are men who don't have any of my superficial or character traits who have had a 100 times more dating success than I've had and it's all because they've approached dating from a healthy/positive/confident perspective and I haven't.

From now on, we all need to tell ourselves any woman that we approach is very fortunate to be around us and believe that 1000%. I'm not trying to be ****y but I'm realizing how incredibly unique/rare I am - there are so SO SOOOOOO few men out there who have my combination of looks and money but also genuinely a good person (plus the fact that I'm perfect age, no kids, never been married). I'm trying hard to believe in myself 100% and I'm slowly getting there.

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
