"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

What are the differences between the two?

"So, What Do You Do for Fun?"

She asks it casually, mid-sip. And you feel the floor open up, because the honest answer is work, gym, and a couple shows you're half-watching.

Women rarely say this out loud, but a man with a life is attractive before he says a word. The guy who spent Saturday deep-sea fishing and came back with photos and a story — he walks in already interesting.

The "22 Rules" pushed me to build a life worth talking about. Turns out the fastest way to be interesting to women is to be interested in your own life first.

One gains satisfaction from women, the other, himself.

No he meant that a DJ is happy with or without a girl, has an awesome lifestyle that doesn't just involve women, and has no need for women to live a happy life. A PUA is one that speed seduces women and whose life revolves around picking up women. This is the only aspect that they improve in their life. DJs are well rounded PUAs, improving everything in their life and PUAs are just tunnel visioned to women only.

i was taking the obvious opportunity to make a joke. most of the time this differentiation is academic anyways. some PUAs are major douchbags that try to trick women into having sex with them, others have strong inner game and wisdom of outer aspects like body language, social dynamics and such.

some DJs are just misogynic frustrated chumps or KJs or both, others are doing well on their inner journey to a wholesome satisfying life that they can share with one or more special women.

these labels dont mean much to me, it is what you see and hear them doing that matters.

Financially speaking:

PUA's sell you packages for $29.95, and convince you it is always your fault.

DJ's share experiences for free, win or loose, and give advice based on both.
