“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Hey guys

Does it matter WHERE you get your protein from?

I.e. each serving of skim milk has 8g of protien. I could easily drink 4 glasses of milk, and get the same amount of protien as a medium sized steak (and less fat too).

In my opinion (I'm not an expert) it shouldn't matter where you get the protien from. Protien is protien.

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Protein isn't protein. There are many kind of proteins.
There's whey protein, myoplex, milk protein, meat protein, etcetc.

Check - http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/catprot.htm

Milk protein is far different from meat protein. Both have different absorption rate, etc.

Protein from whole milk, a whole egg, fish, red meat or poultry are technically the same (or similar) as all of these foods contain every essential amino acid that you require: They are 1st class or primary protein foods.

What matters, is that you regularly eat all of the above foods in sufficient quantities.

Nope, it's very accurate. I was highlighting the differences in quality between vegetable protein and animal protein.
