Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.
I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.
Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules. Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.
Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Anything that contains water (including vegetables and fruit) counts. But sodas are junk to be avoided (esp coke - which - despite being a dring - has diurectic characteristic).
The rule is to drink often, and more then less. While I'd say that 2 gals/day is a bit excessive, 1-1.5 is usually enough.
However - I know people who could go through as much as 4-5 gallons during hot days (one guy is a pro cyclist, other a runner).
However - if during the day you feel thirsty, then you drank - TOO LITTLE - no matter how much was it.
Yea - incredible - isn't it?Originally posted by Jay-X
isn't 4-5 gallons like 12-15 liters?!?!?!

Dunno much about the runner, but in the case of a cyclist it was a 125mile MTB marathon in about 35 celsius.
Usually he does a 100-150 km/day in the summer, and really hot days he drinks like mad.
