whey protein immediately post workout
casein protein just before sleeping
glutamine first thing in the morning

careful, if you buy a supplement make sure you use it in the right way
instant mass is used as a replacement to a meal but if you use it to add to a meal it's wrong etc

Depending on where you live, you could just buy in bulk. It's much cheaper and just as effective.

Which country are you in?

Don't bother with store-bought weightgainer. Search this board to find recipes for cheaper options.

Casein protein is a waste of money; you should just eat cottage cheese before bed.

if cost is a concern, use your money on food instead of supplements, it'll go a lot farther... post workout whey is probably the first supplement to add (after a multivitamin, etc.)

Supplements should be used as just that, a supplement to your diet.

Whey is most certainly going to work nicely post workout, but I would also supplement with the weight gainer. Better yet, I would visit McDonald's 2 or 3times per week...that's the best weight gainer, IMO. Cheaper, too.
Sure, if you don't mind putting on fat, unhealthy weight.

mcd's is no more or less likely to put on bodyfat than most anything else, if you're really struggling to put on mass.

If you want to put on muscle mass quick it isn't going to happen. You could put on muscle and fat at the same time fast but I wouldn't recommend it. If you just want size load up on rice, potatoes and bread. Good luck!
