hey guys got 2 questions.
1. will you benefit from protein drinks and other fitness supplements when only focusing on body weight exercises?
currently im doing pushups crunches leg lifts and pullups and fair amounts of cardio. I am skinny now and I want to stay skinny and be ripped. Will these supplements help to achieve that look when mixed with this sort of training?
2. Will cutting the dairy help with lowering the body fat i am a big fan of milk but am willing to get rid of it for the sake of my body. excluding drinking low fat milk will cutting dairy cut the fat? I am skinny but when sitting down i can feel a little fat in the stomach and upper thigh area. so will cutting it help?
