Protein and Calorie intake question

What happens if one eats 1-1.3g of protein per lbs

but is under is calorie maintenance? (so eats very little carbs and fat)




Also does anyone else follow the "abs" bulk/cut guide- as in bulk until abs go away and cut until they come back then bulk again?

At caloric deficit you'll lose weight.

With your protein needs satistifed you should at least maintain muscle mass.
