16oz Whole Milk (300cal)
1 Banana (125cal)
2Tbsp Natural Peanut Butter (190cal)
1/3C protein (about one scoop 120cal)

To knock it up a notch... Add 1Tbsp of Brewers Yeast

So.. 300+125+190+120= 735cal

About 50g protein (depending on milk and protein used)

Healthy fats from the PB

Some carbs from a banana. If you add brewers yeast, a TON more nutrient related items. More aminos, vit, minerals and the whole 9yrds

A weight gainer is nothing more than the following in a powder form. Usually consists of...

Maltodextrin (if you so choose, buy 50lbs and make your own)
Protein
Fats (if the decent companies put it in)

So there you have it. AND you get a serving of fruit and 2 of dairy with the other. Want more, add some blueberries or other fruit to it of your choice.

LOTS cheaper than your $50 you will spend on a gainer.

Want more, just add more PB, another scoop of protein or what ever.

To make it simple, and to get down, put it all in a half gallon milk jug after you blend it. Dont worry it wont fill it all the way up.

During a meal, pour 8oz in a glass and drink it with your meal.

You'll have it down before the day is over, and if you add more, well over 900+-1000 calories.
