I had been with this girl for a long time on and off she broke my heart i went trough a couple of phases after the last break up.
such as, sadness, feeling worthless, couldn't thing, straight etc.
Now out of the blue I'm thinking about her and i miss her and is like if i wan to go back it's driving me crazy
please help

its the "wanting them back " phase.
dont let it get you down, just bear with it knowing it will pass.

go occupy yourself with other things.
hobbies, new chicks, anything else ok

I was in the same boat, about 6 months ago.

The 'girl of my dreams' dumped me, because, I would not marry her.

It will take some time, but, one day you will have her behind you.
