problem with keeping a straight face

seriously. i can not keep a straight face, ever. i was always like this, and i think it's the main reason i lose respect a lot. i think this is the major thing holding me back

if something slightly funny comes into my mind, or i try to say something serious, or i get any kind of look, i start to smile like an idiot. most people are straight faced all the time, and when something genuinely funny happens, they will laugh or smile, but i uncontrollably smile/laugh at everything, which makes it impossible to be a man.

ive always had this problem, any help to overcome it?

I have the solution!! Just carry around a carpenter's "level" to measure your horizontal, and you'll be ok!
