Jesus Christ, if youre confused or have any doubt than something is not right.
When a woman says it, guys hear a confession. A heads-up. A scheduling conflict.
Here's the translation: I don't feel anything. Right now. With you.
Watch what happens when a man triggers actual attraction. The busy career, the recent breakup, the "not in a place to date" — all of it evaporates instantly. The same woman who was guarding her freedom is suddenly free every night.
The "22 Rules" explain why. When the right switches flip, her timeline rearranges itself around you.
You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.
She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.
Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.
Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.
This is a red flag....She is keeping your relationship under wraps so she can keep her options open with the ex....also the other guys she is friends with!!The North Dragon said:We when started going out she said she would rather not display our relationship on Facebook as. She didn't want anyone interfering n sh1t like that. I thought about it and agreed.
If she had no feelings for him they should be gone. Chicks are sentimental, if they still like a guy they won't delete his pictures because they want to remember him!! confronting her is a waste of time....she won't delete them...you will look insecure to her....that is why I sat to treat her as a fvck buddy and nothing more!!The North Dragon said:Well today I went through her photos and found some of her Ex still there ( haven't confronted her about this, don't know if I should) surely they should be gone no? I also remember her going through her phone and looking at photos with me then bam but into photos of her ex yet again and said ' I really need to delete some photos on here' but dunno of she did.
It does bother you because you wrote this thread!!The North Dragon said:I also know she has a ton of guys facebook messaging her daily and she asked if it bothered me and I told her no. Surely the sensible thing her to do what be to put 'in a relationship with me' to stop these pricks messaging her constant. Or to just delete the whole god dam facebook.
I don't care if it 2 weeks, 2 months, or 2 years!! This chick is not acting like a gf should in an exclusive relationship. She is keeping you a secret...still has the ex there....along with tons of guys....that should tell you something isn't right here dude!!The North Dragon said:Like I say I haven't mentioned anything yet but do I sound reasonable or am I overreacting ? Is just because off all the small things that add up n begin to make up stories in my head.
He should care if she is having sex with other men behind his back. You have a warped a sense of what a relationship is supposed to be.zinc4 said:moral of the story...relax and stop playing pretend marriage...who gives a flying sh&t what she is doing behind your back...you should be consistently banging others on the side as well until/if you decide to get married

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?
She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."
She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.
I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.
Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.
Then you haven't been in a real relationship. Not sure why you would be fine with your woman having sex with other men. She would be gone if that was me.zinc4 said:Nope....i see relationships as what they are...utter BS.....
Also, ironically, if you don't care at all they will become too obsessed with you to desire someone else.
I have been in 2 relatioships over 2 years long....and one over 3 they have never cheated despite me even telling one she could see other guys on the side if she wanted too. In my experience, if you don't care what they do, then they won't want to cheat.Montague_Leach said:Then you haven't been in a real relationship. No need to speak big and tall on this subject matter. Don't tell us you gave ex the speel to see other men. You are not at that level yet, cordoncordon was spot on about you.zinc4 said:I have been in 2 relatioships over 2 years long....and one over 3 they have never cheated despite me even telling one she could see other guys on the side if she wanted too. Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.
She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.
Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.
So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.
The words come later. The impression comes first.
Yeah...because you obviously know me so well....WTH...BeginningDJ said:No need to speak big and tall on this subject matter. Don't tell us you gave ex the speel to see other men. You are not at that level yet, cordoncordon was spot on about you.
Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.
Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?
You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.
Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.
The North Dragon said:Starting backing off since last night and she can tell something's up. She kept telling me constantly last night she loved me because I withdraw attention/affection and still am.
Now we have just came to a stand still , she knows something's up and I am just waiting for her to pop the question ' what's wrong with you' . Supposed to have plans this weekend to.
May_Day said:Here is the answer to this, she is trying to "hide" your relationship from the EX and the other guys messaging her. She doesn't want them to know about your relationship. If she can't be proud to display her relationship with you, then you shouldn't be in one. She is hiding you for a reason. She still wants access to her EX and the other guys, which means she is not taking you seriously. She will be banging very soon in my opinion.
2 months? Then that is too fast, but still she is hiding him from the other guys and he should not take her seriously either.
You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.
For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.
Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.
The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.
