I actually had the same problem recently. I usually have no problem getting up there when we're making out/ feeling eachother up/ etc.. But a couple of weeks ago, I was fooling around with a hot girl, our clothes came off, and I was aroused but not fully erect. She really didn't know how to properly give a hand job, which definetly would have helped.

I've heard that it's like 90% mental, but idk. Thoughts anyone?

exactly the same story here. and when she started giving a handjob good i.e. squeezing pressing hard stuff i was telling her to do i had trouble getting pleasure from it, but i just relaxed and stopped thinking about the fact that a half naked girl was rubbing my penis and i cummed good.
