“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

No, that is not good. Do 15 minutes of HIIT training instead. It will scavange as little white muscle fibers as possible so you get better results from bulking while still improving your oxygen flow and the strenght of the heart.

In my opinion it is better to do them on a day you do not train on so they have had some rest. Doing them after gym is possible but at least don't do them after a leg pass or if you have had a very long pass.

HIIT will not give the same endurance as ordinary cardio! HIIT was designed for minimal muscle loss for those doing cardio while bulking. Not many people can bulk and train for long distance endurance at the same time. So if you want endurance cardio is better. If you want to bulk and have some endurance, HIIT is the choice.

but my original question is still not answered: what should i eat after cardio/HIIT??

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

yeah DONT do hiit on a bike after you trained your legs, I overtrained when I did, overtraining thruw aerobics gives the same effects as depression!

It was horrible, i felt totally useless for a week, without any good reason, feeling depressed must really be hard for some people I then realized.

After you're workout if you wanna loose weight, dont eat for like 45 minutes. If you wanna recover fast then eat right away.

I make a whey proteine shake(2 scoops), with l-glutamine it rocks read some stuff about it. Whey is just great food for recovery.

If you add some dextrose (or another sugar that doesnt spike your insulin to quickly) to the shake you're body will asorb the nutrients even better after the workout.

After training eat protein and some dextrose. Avoid fat during the three hour window after training, you need mostly protein and a little carbs since muscles repairs quicker up to three hours after training.
