I already have the top 4 when I tense just the rest is flabby from all the beer I drink, is it possible for me to get a 6 pack in 8 weeks, and if so can anyone help me with a diet, i got a bet that I can do it lol. Even if it isn't possible I'm still going to try for it

Well, if the top 4 are already visible. It doesnt sound like you have too far to go.

If you can drop about 10lbs of fat (which is very realistic) in 8 weeks, you 'should' be there.
