Depends on what we're talking about. I don't think 5'4 ugly Indian men can do a whole lot to become chick magnets. Some rare exceptions do pull it off, but if all of them were truly capable of it, that would imply the entire system or nature itself is no longer functional. The world isn't designed for everyone to win.

That doesn't mean they're destined for being a meaningless life though. In their cases, the sooner they accept the crappy hand they were dealt the sooner they can learn to abandon any idyllic fantasies and paracosms they've held on to, and do something more noble eg academic pursuits, becoming a monk, whatever.
