Poop and eating fiber

I have a theory, if your poop is either too hard or too stick(i.e. leaving skid marks in the toilet) then your diet must be wrong and you're not getting enough fiber. Is that true in your opinions?

What are the best foods to eat for fiber? What will give me the best bang for my buck. I want to make sure I'm getting that colon-cleansing fiber into my body.

this isnt a theory, its a fact....fiber is good for your sh1t....you could just google ''foods that contain fibre''...Some cereals say high fibre...vegetables..

I swear by All-Bran. Either the bars when I'm in a hurry, or the cereal in the morning. Only negative is that it contains high fructose corn syrup :mad:

be sure to distinguish between soluble and insoluble fiber. for example, soluble fiber is found in legumes & oats. insoluble is found in whole wheat & green beans. many fruits, veggies, nuts & seeds have a mixture of both.

certainly a good mix of both fibers will have ancillary benefits in the bathroom.....

You can also try those "pure" fibers. Mix a good theaspoon with some yoghurt drink some water. The only thing you have to do now is, is sit down on the toilet and your done.
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Spinach, beans and lentils are very rich in fiber. Eat your vegetables and fruits.
