You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.
Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.
Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.
Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.
You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.
Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.
She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.
Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.
If you feel you have to resort to violence in this scenario, then the situation is already out of your control and it’s a only desperate attempt to get revenge. It’s not a healthy mindset to have.Poll : Your woman cheats on you. You punch :
- the woman. She betrayed my trust and is responsible.
- the man. The fvcker tries to steal what's mine.
I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.
The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.
Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.
She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.
You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.
She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.
The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
A woman is never "yours", it's just your turn.Poll : Your woman cheats on you. You punch :
- the woman. She betrayed my trust and is responsible.
- the man. "The fvcker tries to steal what's mine".
Emotionally driven violence is not masculine. It's femininity expressed with masculinity. Why would you raise the effort to lift your arm to a cheater or her guy? Dump her and move on like a man with options whose time is valuable.Wow, the Feminine Imperative is strong in here.
Oh ****, never heard that but it's ****ing golden!Fighting over some b1tch is one of the most fvcking idiotic things ever.
My dad always used to tell me growing up: "you can't fight over a woman's honour, if she doesn't have any".

This is the truth!!! I would venture to say 80-90 percent of females cheat and then have the ability to make their boyfriend or husband blame themselves for it! I was on both ends of the spectrum and you can't blame the guy. Most girls will lie thru their teeth to their husbands and the other guy.Do you even actually understand how commonplace "cheating" is among females?
If it's truly your fault you can blame yourself. But you shouldn't beat yourself up over someone else's decision. If anything, you punch: Yourself, for failure to vet properly or your inability to be her best sexual option.
