I've gotten 2 spams in my pm box from AttractBlogger2011 about his blog, how can I block him from sending me msgs, can we ban him?

he pm'ed me but my box was full
i emptied my box thinking AttractBlogger2008 was just some new dude or alias new name of someone here (hey it happens)
so i emptied my box, and pm'ed him telling him its cleaned out
after that i found out he had 4 brand new names with 0 posts on all of them
AttractBlogger2008, AttractBlogger2009, AttractBlogger2010 and AttractBlogger2001.
at the moment that i saw this, he was pm'ing out of all 4 of them at the same time.

i vote that the mods ip ban all 4 of his accounts.
it took him to be logged in for more than 24 hours under all 4 accounts to send these spam pms.
and yes, he just got mine with that 2011 one, whereas he previously tried with the 2008.

pms are for friends to say hi.
pms are where you go to ask for help when you need something.
pms are great ways to tell mods whats going on when needed.
pms are not for spam crap.

if we wanted to read blogs, we would do it on our own accounts.
