Depends on your goals, their good exercises; but how far will they take you?
If you just want to be fit all-around and stay in shape, give it a shot. If your trying to achieve something else, I wouldnt bother.

My two cents.

I don't see anything wrong with it. Although as Krueg said, I wouldn't expect any monumental gains from it, just increased overall fitness.

You're suppose to do it along with your regular exercises. I don't seem to be making much progress in my workout so far so I wanted to see if this would jump start things a bit.
